Main Line Overland (MLO) is a full service 4×4 and expedition vehicle outfitter. Located in West Chester PA, Bow NH and Charlotte NC we leverage our facilities and state-of-the-art equipment to build and outfit unique and highly functional modern and classic 4×4 vehicles for adventure travel. Our services run the gamut from basic maintenance to RTW expedition outfitting. We have years of experience installing and replacing components on 4×4 vehicles, and utilize five lift bays, including high-capacity lifts capable of servicing even the largest full-size and specialty trucks, Hunter Engineering tire mounting and balancing, including touchless mounting, and a Hunter Laser Alignment Rack to enable quick vehicle turnaround. Want it custom, or have a rare vehicle with no aftermarket support? Our extensive fabrication capabilities and equipment include MIG & TIG welders, hydraulic tubing bender, 50 ton iron worker, and CNC Plasma Table. If the application is expedition travel, we can install or fabricate it.
